Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By booking or using Xifzonboh's services, you agree to these terms. We provide professional automobile repair and maintenance services at our location in Karlsruhe, Germany.
2. Acceptance of Work
All work is performed at your request and risk. We inspect vehicles for safety and provide written estimates before major work. You must approve repairs in writing before we proceed.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
- Invoices include itemized parts and labor
- Late payment may incur interest per German law
4. Warranty
All work carries a 12-month warranty on parts and labor, provided the vehicle is serviced according to manufacturer specifications. Warranty excludes wear items and damage from misuse.
5. Liability
Xifzonboh is not responsible for items left in vehicles, theft, or damage not directly caused by our negligence. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Refunds for completed work are subject to our inspection. Parts are non-refundable after installation.
7. Data Protection (GDPR)
Your personal data is processed according to GDPR regulations. We collect contact and vehicle information solely for service delivery. Data is not shared with third parties without consent.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation first. Unresolved disputes fall under German law and Karlsruhe courts have jurisdiction.
